Surveys and Plans

SCHEDULE OF CONDITION
A schedule of condition provides a 'snapshot' of the condition of a property at a given point in time. If you are thinking of entering into a commercial lease, we can provide a Schedule of Condition Report for attachment to the lease in order to limit your dilapidations liabilities. If you or your neighbour plan to carry out building works, you may be affected by the Party Wall Etc Act 1996. We can advise you of your rights, duties or obligations and should you wish to appoint us, we can act as your Surveyor in the case of any dispute. EPCs
DW Surveyors are BRE-accredited energy assessors, providing EPCs in London, Cambridge, East Anglia and UK-wide at very competitive rates.
EPCs are required by law whenever a property is marketed, sold, leased or built (click here for more information). You may have realised at short notice that you require an EPC before your transaction can complete. Our team can normally inspect the property and issue the EPC within a short timescale.
